We now have 636 signers of our print petition and 672 supporters here on change.org, and one of our signers is the recently re-elected Menlo Park City Councilman Ray Mueller who supports our effort to keep our Guild theater open and prospering! We're aiming for 2000+ supporters. If you live in a neighboring California city (Palo Alto, Los Altos or Los Altos Hills, Redwood City or other peninsula cities), and can volunteer to collect signatures on our print petition on weekends at the Guild, please email us at saveguildtheater@yahoo.com to help with our effort, or put up flyers in local bookstores and cafes. Come to the Guild to "vote with your feet" and increase its attendance! If you're a Stanford student or film group member, support the Guild as our only remaining Menlo Park neighborhood movie house that shows indie and international films. With Landmark's Aquarius and Guild, we have 3 screens of excellent movies within walking distance or a short drive. Ask your friends to e-mail their friends and post on Facebook!
