Public corruption, hate crime. Corrupt Justice Department... 2 years ago on April fools April 1st, my dad had filed divorce with my mom & a few months later, about 2/3 months after he filed he was attacked by my mom's nephew outside of a pizza joint, in Saint Anthony Idaho. My dad walked out of the pizza joint late at night around 10 pm with a pizza in 1 hand and a 2 liter soda in the other hand. He didnt make 5 feet from the door when he was attacked from behind and was knocked out cold. While he was on the ground unconscious he was beaten brutally with medical confirmation of at least 30 blows to his face. He was left in the dark on the cold sidewalk to die. Fortunately a lady found him and dialed 911. My dad though he fell because he doesnt remember anything. He has brain damage and serious problems now. Later that evening my moms nephew who beat my dad called 911and told the emt's was due to his breaking his hand on my dads face. When police spoke to my moms nephew he was never arrested. The judge prosecuting and his family are friends with my mother and her side of the family. I have proof of the judge stating this himself in writing as well as on voice recordings.  Another different judge who at the time was over their divorce had told my dad in court, that he deserved what had happened to him by my moms nephew. Petitions have been filed asking for the judge to withdraw himself due to conflict of interest but he wont and let him walk from charges and prosecution twice. The prosecutor was new as well and did not bring up hardly of the evidence & did not question any witness. We had asked numerous times and have written numerous places like the bar and judicial systems ect.. nothing. My moms nephew just bought a house 1 1/2 years ago directly behind ours (my dad and I) and has told people its to provoke my dad. Cops still wont do anything. The guy has walked 2 times from criminal prosecution.  1 time in a lawsuit. Irriguardless of evidence and witnesses. My dad's attorney sat on evidence, withheld evidence, incorrectly turned in crucial witnesses, like the medical examiner as well as other highly important witness crutical to this case. I personally have had threats and been harassed and called for a whistleblower,  my dad receives phone calls of threats, several of the judges are conflict of interest and despite evidence they refuse to step down. Biased. One judge admitted being great friends of the mans family of whom attacked my dad, another told my dad in court he deserved getting attacked, an lds bishop who is "best friends to the guy who tried killing my dad, refused to help me and said it's because of who my dad is, people come into my dad's home when we are not home and leave little notes or move things around. Letting us know they have been there. We have people tailing us when we drive places and they have even asked people we just talked to about us and why they were talking to us and asked personal info about the case, and nobody knows who they are. We make complaints and nobody listens. We need help!! I personally believe it's from a long time ago when my dad sued Fremont county and won and someone has been out to get my father for it. There is so much more, I could list it all, but were running out of time and we need help now! Please. My dads hearing and vision are getting worse. If he ever even sleeps, he wakes up between 3&4 am every night and sometimes he wakes up and he's bleeding from his ears. It hurts to have my dad ask me, Am I going to be ok, as he stands up and he has to grab whatever is close because he is confused, dizzy, light headed & disoriented. He always has bad headaches & has bad anxiety. It's so heartbreaking. I've even thought of suicide myself, cause I don't know what or how to fix this or get away from all of this corruption. Its destroyed our family and lives. It is not okay. My last petition was reported as abusive and I could no longer Share.. Please if you know anything that could possibly help..let me know. Thank you!
