Bảo vệ kết quả bầu cử là tôn trọng ý chí của cử tri
The issue
Cuộc bầu cử Ban Chấp Hành Cộng Đồng Người Việt Tự Do Victoria nhiệm kỳ 2026–2030 đã diễn ra vào ngày 28/6/2026 và kết quả đã được Ban Tổ Chức Bầu Cử chính thức công bố vào ngày 13/7/2026.
Chúng tôi tin rằng kết quả của một cuộc bầu cử được tổ chức theo đúng quy trình phải được tôn trọng. Quyền khiếu nại là quyền chính đáng, nhưng cần được thực hiện trên cơ sở chứng cứ và theo đúng quy định, không làm suy giảm niềm tin của hội viên vào tiến trình dân chủ hoặc gây chia rẽ cộng đồng.
Thông qua thỉnh nguyện thư này, chúng tôi kêu gọi:
Tôn trọng kết quả bầu cử đã được Ban Tổ Chức Bầu Cử công bố.
Tôn trọng ý chí của các hội viên và cử tri đã thực hiện quyền bỏ phiếu.
Thực hiện việc bàn giao cho Ban Chấp Hành mới theo đúng Nội quy.
Không sử dụng danh nghĩa hoặc ngân quỹ của Cộng Đồng để theo đuổi các tranh chấp pháp lý liên quan đến lợi ích của một cá nhân hoặc một liên danh nếu chưa được cơ quan có thẩm quyền của Cộng Đồng chấp thuận.
Chúng tôi cũng kêu gọi ông Nguyễn Quang Duy, với tư cách Chủ tịch nhiệm kỳ 2022-2026, tôn trọng tiếng nói của cử tri, tôn trọng kết quả bầu cử đã được công bố và tạo điều kiện để quá trình chuyển giao diễn ra trong tinh thần đoàn kết, trách nhiệm và thượng tôn Nội quy.
Hãy ký tên nếu bạn tin rằng lá phiếu của cử tri phải được tôn trọng, kết quả bầu cử hợp lệ phải được bảo vệ và Cộng Đồng Người Việt Tự Do Victoria cần tiếp tục phát triển trên nền tảng dân chủ, minh bạch và đoàn kết.
Chúng tôi không kêu gọi đóng góp tiền bạc.
The Issue :
The election for the Executive Committee of the Vietnamese Community in Australia – Victoria Chapter (Term 2026–2030) was held on 28 June 2026, and the official results were announced by the Election Committee on 13 July 2026. We believe that the outcome of an election conducted in accordance with the established procedures should be respected. The right to lodge a complaint is legitimate, but it should be exercised based on evidence and in accordance with the applicable rules, without undermining members' confidence in the democratic process or creating division within the community.
Through this petition, we request Mr. Nguyễn Quang Duy to:
• Respect the election results officially announced by the Election Committee on 13 July 2026.
• Respect the will of the members and 2,456 voters who exercised their right to vote.
• Carry out the handover to the newly elected Executive Committee in accordance with the Community's Constitution and By-laws by 10 August 2026.
• Not use the name or funds of the Vietnamese Community to pursue legal disputes that primarily serve the interests of an individual unless such action has been approved by the Community's authorized governing body.
We also call on Mr. Nguyễn Quang Duy, in his capacity as President for the 2022–2026 term, to respect the voice of the voters, respect the officially declared election results, and facilitate a smooth transition to the new Executive Committee in a spirit of unity, responsibility, and adherence to the Community's Constitution and By-laws by 10 August 2026.
