We do not want our prime agricultural land turned into massive factories. This DA put into context: • The sheer size and scale of this development equates to twice the size of Ballina Fair, 25% bigger than Ballina Central or 3 Bunnings Warehouses plus 5 other factories. • 10ha of bitumen concrete and steel. • 504 car parks means 1,000 plus more vehicle and truck movements every day through our village streets. • Threatened species such as the iconic Koala, and Rose Crowned Fruit Dove and protected Platypus futures will be threatened. • All on land zoned prime agricultural land. Do we really want to see this on our farmland 500 metres from a residential housing estate in our heritage rural village. Time to say no submissions need to be in by August 2nd.
