201 Lismore Rd is regionally significant farmland as per the Northern Rivers Farmland Protection Project – this land is protected under this project. Also under the Byron LEP 2014 under land use primary production – it would have significant impact visually both from Lismore Rd and from Lawlers Lane more reasons to say no.
