This picture is obviously a render to illustrate the size of the three largest factories in this development. All care has been taken to represent these buildings as close as possible to the actual size outlined in the DA. Bunnings Ballina is approximately 10,000 square metres the same as the two largest factories in the DA. The third one is 8,000 square metres. Is this what we want for our beautiful town, a massive development on regionally significant farmland with factories this size. With this comes thousands more cars and trucks in our streets just 500 metres from the nearest residential development. YOU CAN SAY NO...sign our petition, ring a Councillor, speak to our state and federal MPs and remember it is OK to say no to this development regardless of promises made by tenants or developers.
