Brittany Ashley, a beloved member of BuzzFeed US, was recently fired from her job at BuzzFeed. Brittany breached her non-compete contract with Buzzfeed by appearing in a non-Buzzfeed production called “Gente-fied,” a seven-episode web series produced by America Ferrera and focusing on Latinx experiences. Brittany  helped lead BuzzFeed’s video content geared toward LGBTQ viewers and was an inspiration to a lot of young LGBTQ+ viewers. We want Brittany back.
