Solution: 

Implement a Burn Policy to prevent or limit the day trading, and the pump and dump, of Shiba Inu.

Shibab Inu Burn Policy: implement a 10% fee for every sell of Shiba inu. 5% of coins will be burned permanently, 5% will be distributed to the holder's of Shiba Inu. 

A 10% fee on every sell will reduce the supply of Shiba Inu coin and reward long term Shiba coin holders. It will also prevent or reduce the day trading, and pump and dump of Shiba Inu, because sellers will incur a substantial loss every time they sell. This will help stabilize the coin by increasing scarcity and price of the Shiba Inu coin.
