Dear Amazing Burn Beachwood Community,
Since Wednesday afternoon, 106 of us have signed the petition in support of our training staff—that’s close to half of our entire membership. Thank you for showing up and standing up. 💙
We’re writing with a quick update, a request to help spread the word, and an open invitation for your ideas.
Here’s where things stand:
A few members who signed the petition also reached out to Burn Boot Camp’s corporate office to share their concerns about the leadership at Burn Beachwood. Encouragingly, at least two received replies confirming that the internal Compliance Team is now reviewing the situation. As we shared in the petition, we’ll submit a formal appeal to corporate if no action is taken by July 1. In the meantime, if you want to send your own message, the best email to use is: operations@burnbootcamp.com.
How you can help:
Many of our fellow members still haven’t seen the petition—either because they’re not on Facebook or just haven’t heard about it. If you can, text or email your Burn besties. Mention it before or after camp. Yesterday, several people signed on the spot once they found out. Let’s keep the momentum going.
And a message from our staff:
This past week has been incredibly difficult for them. Choosing not to show up, even for one day, was not a decision they made lightly. It’s been a long road—one filled with frustration, heartbreak, and hope—and they want you to know how deeply grateful they are. They’ve felt the power of this community standing behind them, and for the first time in a long time, they believe real change might actually be possible. Your support means everything.
What’s next—and who to reach out to:
Some members have floated ideas like launching a GoFundMe to support our trainers during this time or organizing community-led workouts—whether in Parma or right in our driveways using the Burn app. If you have thoughts to share, want to take action, or just need a little guidance on your next step, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Katie Paris, Ariel Lubonovic, or Annemarie Amefia.
We know this isn’t easy. Burn is our happy place. Our outlet. Our support system. That’s why this matters—and why we’re so proud to be part of a community that leads with heart and fights for what’s right.
With appreciation and solidarity,
Your Fellow Burn Members
Let’s keep lifting each other up—and keep going. 💪
