Proposed new development of James/Brant Street high rise (across from City Hall)

Developer has asked for a 27 storey building across from City Hall. City Hall staff members have suggested 23. The local bylaw is set at 12.  The buildings are getting higher and higher in the downtown core, we think the present bylaw is sufficient.  We would ask Counsellors to vote to keep the present bylaw as is,  and not have the downtown skyline taken over by high rise buildings.  Thank you.
