Appeal #22-040 Removal of five (5) ficus trees 2350 Green Street.  The Board of Appeals approved the permit to remove the (5) five ficus trees on vote 3-0. An agreement with  multi parties had been sign a number of years ago.  All parties will have to decide on replacement species with BUF with the final decision.  And a two months time period from removal to replanting of the trees.
