Appeal # 22-012 Removal of two (2) ficus trees 3236 24th Street . This would be the second set of hearing on the removal of these ficus trees on 24th street corridor.  The Board of Appeals approved the permit to remove the 2 ficus trees on vote 4-0.  An agreement with multi parties had been sign but not sure of the funding from the impact fees of the project used to plant 30 new trees in the 24th Street corridor
