The Bureau of Land Management is paying individuals to “adopt” wild mustangs and Burros and paying them $1000.00 per animal to do so. In turn many of these individuals are waiting for payment and title of the animals and then turning around and selling them again for their own profit to slaughterhouses. 

We must hold the Bureau of Land Management accountable for what they believe is a way to fix the problem, and instead encouraging humans who do not care about these animals or their wellbeing to see this as a way to line their own pockets.

They do not have a system to even track what happens with the animals once they are out of their hands ! It’s a disgrace to think about the reality we are living in and for others to be so unconscious that they don’t see that what they do to other beings , they do to themselves. Please hold the Bureau of Land Management accountable and encourage them to stop this practice before all of the Horses and Donkeys have been killed for the sake of profit and stripping our lands of these beautiful animals . We know that we are spirits existing together on this planet and that what we take and destroy , we not only change our existence- we change the future , as well as the future of generations to come.
