Don't nerf ghallarhorn

The Issue

We the people earned the ghallarhorn only for people to bitch and whine about it saying it needs a nerf because they don't have it. Then the inevitable will happen and when the people who whined get it, they will start crying again saying it needs a nerf and it will get out of control.
