Hello: My Family & I are being Systematically & Routinely Bullied & Harassed since 30 November 2020 onwards. Racial Slurs such as: 1. Get Out! Go back to India & Water your Buffalo 2. You are blighted people 3. You are Rats, Vamoose are some examples of what we hear every day apart from other colorful obnoxious words.

We are First Generation Indian Americans. We are witnessing Hate First Hand. 

The Bullying & Colorful Language hurled at us as Parents has affected our Teen Daughter. We had to abandon our Home & move to Rent to ensure her well-being. 

The Bullying extends to other Families living there too.

#1. We Need this Petition signed to Wake Up San Jose City | Law Enforcement & Courts.

#2. We Need Honorable Jeff Rosen: District Attorney of Santa Clara County take action against this Bully.

#3. We need California Bar Association to dis bar this Bully & a “Menace to Society”.

#4. We want our Easement cleared off debris like in the picture above & be Safe for Residents & Action by San Jose Police Dept. #SJPD

None of The Residents in the neighborhood feel safe. 

: Residents are beginning to suffer from Depression due to The Bully

: Residents are even afraid to go out shopping & return back due to Expected Trauma & an encounter with The Bully.
