Justice for Alex! Bullied and paralyzed 12yr old

Justice for Alex! Bullied and paralyzed 12yr old
The Issue
 ** STOP BULLYING **
This young man is Alex Sabin, a 12 year old boy who loves riding horses, math, basketball, The Celtics, Patriots, Nationals, Red Sox and practicing agility with his dogs.
Alex is a kind young man who didn't ask to be in this situation. He was repeatedly bullied at school. Multiple instances of being shoved and pushed down significantly damaged his L5 and S1.
Alex can no longer ride his horse or practice agility with his dogs, he also can no longer sit, stand or walk without help. Alex has been in this condition since mid-November when he was brutally shoved multiple times at PE. As you can imagine, the significant pain, loss of mobility and inability to do the things he loves has put Alex into a depressed state.
Alex has been in treatment for months with the Shriner's Hospital and Chiropractors. He is now going to have to go into an inpatient program at Boston Children's Hospital. Alex's parents were able to get him a walker but he is in need of a GAIT Belt as well. With over 3 months of constant care, doctor bills, co-pays, medications, and equipment, funds are getting very tight for this family.
Meanwhile, Alex hasn't been able to attend school and not only is the school not providing a tutor for him, the bullies have not been held accountable. After months of fighting, they need an attorney to help them get justice. Alex's mom has been doing her best to help Alex with school work, but she is not a teacher or tutor. She is also stretched to the max with all of his medical needs
Great Falls Middle School in Turners Falls MA.
Happened in gym class with teacher David Kennedy making sure our children are safe. This one kid pushed Alex down 5 x not sure why the teacher didn’t stop it at 1! blame the School administration for not taking action against this kid it’s not the first time this has happened.
The principal is Joanne Menard
sign for justice so Alex can get the care he needs and those who neglected his care can serve justice for their actions
