Various ancient Thracian burial mounds in Bulgaria (that have been previously looted and destroyed) are now being used as trash dump sites and prostitution locations. They are not only being slowly lost to time and neglect, but some of them are even being defiled and desecrated. This particular mound in the above picture lies close to the grounds of one of Sofia's sacred monasteries. A voluntary Thracian preservation organization must be not only be allowed to exist, but it should also be suported. Please help us fight the restrictions that do not allow the preservations of these sites.
