Hello as an avid animal lover I feel something needs to be done to solve one of the biggest issues in Bulgaria 

my parents moved there 3 years ago and not a day goes by when I don’t hear about abandoned puppies and kittens they find on the streets, some of which were not even old enough to leave their mothers , adding to that the number of stray female and male dogs  and cats who live on the streets that are not spayed or neutered which creates more puppies and kittens , my mum found 5 very young puppies yesterday on the street which she proceeded to feed , after a few minutes a government van turned up with 2 men one who had a gun , and took the puppies away in a cage , later at the vets my mum learned that the puppies had been taken to the vets she was at to be put to sleep ! Vets in Bulgaria don’t get paid a lot and the people cannot afford to get their animals spayed , I feel it only necessary to try and help to raise funds to give the vets the equipment needed and the money to go out catch them dogs/cats  and spay and neuter them so part of the problem can be solved and I no longer have to hear the heartbreaking stories of young puppies and kittens being put to sleep please help me thankyou .
