A Long Awaited UPDATE!

Hello supporters!

I know, it has been a long wait. I will keep this short and to the point!

We had our follow-up meeting with Basin Recreation. At this point, they will not be taking on the project. Liability insurance is a hurdle that is their main concern. 

That said, research is underway for the cost of liability insurance for our proposed bunny hill. Armed with proper details, we will take what we learn back to Basin Recreation in an effort to sideline that concern and look to the next step. 

Moreover, additional support is coming in for such the ski area that could potentially make a difference for us! 

Yes, Park City has a lot of ski recreation options. Yes, some individuals may believe that there is not a need for a community hill for children and lower-income residents.

Let's remember this: Park City is a ski town. That is what we all do in Park City; and everyone should have an opportunity to participate and have a fun, familial place to go during winter months!
