In Elizabethton there was a park called Cat Island Park it was a place where there were many different playground areas it was very popular kids enjoyed it, and it was a wonderful place to make friends. But yet due to a flood the park was destroyed which left many people missing it. This park was a wonderful environment and made a difference in many people's lives. Come on if you want to make a difference and bring an impact to someone's life bring back this playground. It is the one near the jail that made a huge difference and made people happy.
