PHASE ONE: Construction of the indoor pools' mechanical building is well underway thanks to all of you who are invested and involved in the North ABQ Indoor Olympic Pool and Aquatic Center.

Now the hard part: Raising more money to finish the job.

To finish the job, estimates range from $12 million to $10 million will be needed. 

The City of ABQ and City Councilors are helping. They approved requests to seek at least $9.8 million from the upcoming legislative session which begins in January 2025.

You can help raise the money needed to finish the job, too.

This is a good time to contact your state senator and House representative. Ask both to contribute a fair amount of their 2025 capital outlay to this community project, North ABQ's first indoor public swimming complex.

This large amount of capital outlay money belongs to New Mexico. Its purpose is to invest in New Mexico's communities. Communities like ours.
