Lets turn vacant federally owned land into a community to honor the NYPD officers, FDNY firefighters, EMTs, and other brave men and women who serve New York.  The plan is to build over 20,000 affordable, family-sized homes, helping to create a future grounded in dignity, safety, and a strong sense of community.
