Calavo Park is a shovel-ready regional asset located at the junction of County of San Diego Supervisorial Districts 1, 2, & 4 here in Spring Valley. Constituents of all three districts will use and benefit from this park. Construction bids that the County recently solicited came in over what was budgeted.
