The Township of Teaneck has many recreational spaces, including basketball courts and baseball, football, and soccer fields. However, Teaneck does not have a skatepark. A skatepark would be a great addition to the Township because it can bring Township residents together and give children an opportunity to join a sport that does not require trying out for a team. We plan that the skatepark would be built in an unused space and would not take away space or money from other town sports.
