As a passionate skater living in Seymour, TN, I face daily challenges due to the lack of nearby skateboarding facilities. The closest skate park is in Knoxville, a 30-minute drive away, and not everyone in our community has access to a car. This distance makes it difficult for skaters like myself, as well as aspiring young skaters, to practice their craft, stay active, and avoid the perils of boredom.
