Thanks to everyone who spoke or showed up, with our without our t-shirts to support us at the 9/10 and 9/16 meeting. We need everyone who cares about our homeless animals to come to the Sept.24th BOCC meeting!

The next BOCC Meetings is :

Thursday, 9/24/26 at 6 pm - Final Budget Meeting
We REALLY NEED a STRONG show of support at the Budget Meeting on 9/24/26 at 6 pm. 

The petition which now has over 7,000 signatures is not enough to achieve our goal of convincing the BOCC to include a new, modern PRC in the fiscal year 2027 budget. 

We need people to stand with us on 9/24/26...... this is it, folks......or it will get pushed back again!!!

If you want to speak, you must register - either online or in person:  

The online form opens 48 hours prior to the meeting and remains open until 9 am the day of the meeting
You may also sign up in-person on the day of the meeting in the lobby within 30 minutes of the meeting start time.

You don't need to register to attend the meeting, so please show up and stand with us!!!  If you would like to wear one of our t-shirt we will be handing them out in front of the County Center before the meeting. Come join us and help save our homeless dogs and cats! They can’t speak, but we can!
