Halfway to 500! Keep sharing so we can show council how much Maleny needs a basketball court. So many other sporting facilities here, but basketball is significantly neglected. Your signatures take less than 30 seconds but mean so much. Thank you also for the comments which touches on exactly why we are doing this. We want to give our kids and future generations the chance to connect with others by playing a game of hoops. When I first moved here two years ago, I searched everywhere for my kids to play some basketball locally but felt frustrated when I found nothing. This started the project to bring basketball to Maleny and to provide youth and adults with a freely accessible full sized court to accommodate not only Maleny but other hinterland communities deprived of a court.
