As a dedicated player with 4,000 hours who mains Bubba in Dead by Daylight (DBD), I have reached P100 with him and am now working to P100 a second account. I also create content featuring Bubba, and I've noticed that, in today's meta, even with his best add-ons , he often ends up being too weak. This is particularly true against certain strategies such as the W-key strategy and coordinated Survivor Friends (SWFs). 

One of the main issues is with Bubba's add-ons . One of his worst, specifically the Depth Gauge Rake ( currently a "Very Rare" rarity add-on ) , has a speed decrease that significantly reduces its effectiveness and makes it challenging for players to outplay loops. Additionally, the increased charge time that comes with DGR further hampers his performance, making it easy for survivors to W-key while Bubba is charging up his Chainsaw. This often leads to long chases that even a skilled Bubba sometimes can't do much about. Considering he doesn't have any gen pressure (without perks), map traversal, or slowdown in his kit, one main building chase can often doom a game from the start. 

I propose two changes to address these issues: First, remove the speed decrease on the Depth Gauge Rake add-on , allowing players to maintain base kit speed during looping.  Second, halve the increased charge time that comes with DGR, enhancing Bubba's ability to react quickly and adapt to the fast-paced environment of DBD matches. 

These changes would not only improve the casual gaming experience for Bubba mains but also help to balance the gameplay, ensuring fair competition between killers and survivors. It would provide content creators with better opportunities to showcase exciting and competitive gameplay, which in turn would encourage more players to explore Bubba as a character. 

I urge Behaviour Interactive, the developers of Dead by Daylight, to consider these changes. With their implementation, we can make DGR a more viable and enjoyable add-on for Bubba mains all over the world who are tired of having to run the same four add-ons, as the rest are just not viable in today's meta. Please sign this petition and help bring balance and excitement back to playing Bubba in Dead by Daylight.
