For 12 years, fans of the animated BIONICLE film trilogy (BIONICLE: Mask of Light: The Movie, BIONICLE 2: Legends of Metru Nui, and BIONICLE 3: Web of Shadows) have waited to hear the music from the movies in an original soundtrack format. These films were based on the popular LEGO BIONICLE toy line, which ended in 2010 and was rebooted in 2015. The films themselves were not universally praised and have become less popular in recent years. However, the one aspect of the films that has been consistently loved by the fan base as well as some of the general public is the score soundtracks from all three films, composed by Nathan Furst. This music was not only the best part of the films; it is one of the best and most under-appreciated film scores ever written. While some pieces of it have been made available online, the bulk of the soundtrack is not available as stand-alone music. This is beautiful, magnificent music that should be listened to in a complete format, exactly as it plays out in the films, without any invasive sound effects or dialogue. The fact that fans have waited this long to hear it, and that there is little to no possibility of the score being released for unexplained reasons, is frankly unacceptable.

I am calling on my fellow BIONICLE fans who, like me, have waited far too long to hear the music of these films on its own, to sign my petition to tell Miramax, The LEGO Group, and Buena Vista Home Entertainment to get it in gear and release the complete scores from all three films in lossless CD form, or on iTunes at the very least, and give them a decent range of availability. If you are a fan of BIONICLE or simply a lover of great film music, I implore you to sign this petition to help get those scores the full release that has been waited on for many years!
