In our tight-knit community of Imperial, Texas, the tragic loss of Jackie, Jaden & Nautica still resonates deeply. These kids were passionate athletes, and if fate had allowed, Jackie & Jaden would have been among the senior class this year, gracing the football field of Buena Vista. Their untimely passing, alongside their beloved sister, Nautica, left a void that our community feels each day.

This football field wasn't just a place of competition for Jackie and Jaden; it was their second home. Their dedication and love for the game shone brightly every time they stepped onto that field. As the children, parents, and educators within the Buena Vista community strive to cope with this enormous loss, we believe in the power of a small yet immensely meaningful tribute.

By outlining the numbers 1 and 2 on the football field, we commemorate Jackie and Jaden, connecting them to every game played and every victory celebrated. These numbers aren't just representations of their jerseys; they symbolize the spirit, strength, and unity they brought to the field and the lessons they taught all of us about resilience and passion.

Let us come together to honor their memory by offering this heartfelt tribute. We urge those with the authority and capability to help make this tribute a reality. Join us in supporting this endeavor and help us keep the vibrant memories of Jackie, Jaden, and Nautica alive through this symbolic gesture.

Please sign this petition to call for this beautiful tribute, ensuring their legacy lives on with every game played on Buena Vista’s field.
