"Juvenile Lifers" committed murder of one or more persons while they were a juvenile. They were prosecuted as adults and sentenced to life in prison. However, the Supreme Court has decided that life without parole is "Cruel and Unusual Punishment" for the offender who committed First Degree Murder.  Because of the ruling the convicted murderers are being allowed new sentencing hearings. One of these "Juvenile Lifers", Mark Graber, shot and killed Shane Reilly 2 weeks after his 18th Birthday in February 1990. He was a son, brother, nephew, cousin, uncle, grandchild and friend. He had his whole life ahead of him and it was gone in an instant. This murder was premeditated and also threatened the lives of others.  Our lives were forever changed by the actions of this cold blooded killer and he doesn't deserve our mercy.
