The class of 2020 has been described as special, intelligent, and “one of the best classes to come out of Buckeye Local”. Today, Gov. Mike Dewine received a question about a traditional graduation ceremony, and he answered with “if the school can do the distancing, they can certainly do graduation”. I realize that we may not have the chance for everyone to attend, but we could certainly have parents/guardians there within a 6ft. radius of other families. Many parents have offered help for this to be done, whether it be set up and measuring 6 ft or taking temperatures. I do believe that it can be done. Our class deserves a proper farewell from our teachers, friends, and everyone who supported us along the way.
