Living Wage and respect for 999 workers

Living Wage and respect for 999 workers
The Issue
999 emergency call operators who are members of the Communications Workers' Union (CWU) are going on strike on Thursday 7th April for decency and respect at work and would very much appreciate your support.
These hard working, live savers deliver a vital public service to a very high standard and should be guaranteed the following:
1. A Living Wage of €11.50 per hour2. Fair treatment at work3. A fair On-Call Policy 4. Union representation
