Bubble tea prices has increased significantly.

It costs $7.50 for a bubble tea (potentially without bubbles) in Calgary at select locations as of Apr 7, 2016. We the people must defend our basic human rights against price gouging.

I propose a price ceiling for bubble tea by an official governing body, dependent on factors such as:

• Fresh Fruit
• Toppings (Bubbles, Grass Jelly, etc.)
