In Pittsburgh, there have been horrible and horrendous acts of animal violence and animal cruelty, yet there have been ZERO investigations. These animals can not speak for themselves. Isn’t it our responsibility as a human with morals to speak up for these helpless animals and stop this abuse immediately? We learned about this horrific situation which recently took place in McKeesport. When I called the police station I learned that whenever there is an animal cruelty act (INCLUDING MUTILATIONS AND MURDER), the police station will do nothing but pass the information to animal control. Ultimately nothing is happening and these murdurers will continue these horrifying, perverted acts. Here is what happened:
Six kittens and one adult cat were found on Walnut Street between the Salvation Army and apartment building at 801 Walnut. One healthy sized kitten’s body was found close to the building at 801. Two healthy sized kittens’ bodies were found in tied blue grocery bags between the building and the Salvation Army’s fence. One composed head of a kitten was found close to the building as well. Another adult decomposed cat was found close to the building. Some of these animals’ bodies were found during the day on Thursday 1/11/18 and some of these animals showed up overnight and were found the next day.
