DCFS takes  our children with no evidence. We should have a system that requires it to be by law trial by jury. Innocent until proven guilty. DCFS offices do not have visual or audio recording,they can lie and its their word against yours. Other states have this as a law to ensure both parties are protected. You should have the right to record them.  They record you. Something needs to be done abour DCFS. It happens to alot of people. Children are taken on lies everyday DCFS take a child and splits the family up. We deserve the same rights as criminal. A murderer gets a chance to prove them self but a mother of father does not. We should have the same system in place for this as well.
