Yolanda in 2005 was a young Hispanic Girl who got a babysitting job to save money and move back to California. She dreamt of being a hairdresser and starting a life, her dreams in front of her. Those dreams were ripped away by accusations that were unfounded and ill deserved. She is a loving, patient, kind woman now just as she was then. Someone else committed a crime and she has been paying the price. She has been imprisoned and wrongly convicted of First degree Murder. Threatened with 50 years to Life she was forced to take a plea deal of 20 years. No Fair trial was given. Her picture and name slandered in the news media and newspapers the next day after being wrongfully arrested. No Fair investigation was ever made, since she had little income and no ability to hire the best lawyers, her options were limited in forming a defense and the truth coming out. 

She did not commit this crime and deserves clemency. All the evidence is available to prove her innocence. Please sign this petition and please help convince Governer Bruce Rauner to Grant Yolanda,  Clemency; so she may be freed.
