REMOVE THESE 3 JUDGES ASAP

 

On May 25, 2021 4 year old Greyson Kessler was killed by his father in a murder suicide.

 

Ali, Greyson’s mother had been in the courts fighting for years to keep Greyson away from the monster who ended up shooting his own child before turning the gun on himself.

 

Ali knew her son was in grave danger and did everything she could to try to save him but the courts denied her multiple requests.

 

The actual day he was murdered, Ali had put in an emergency request to pick him up fearing he was in danger as her abusive ex sent her horrific texts all night and she was fearful for her son of what this man was capable of.

 

The judge denied the motion as little to everybody’s knowledge, Greyson had already been shot and killed.

 

The judge did not believe Greyson was in danger and yet he was ALREADY DEAD.

 

Any woman who has ever been in an abusive relationship and feared for her own life or the life of her children, will tell you the courts and the system are a joke…but not a funny one.

 

A piece of paper aka a restraining order do nothing and women are killed often while having protective orders against the men that kill them.

 

What is the criteria for judges to make these decisions? Why did the judge think Greyson wasn’t safe as the mother filed an

EMERGENCY PICKUP??

Clearly we need laws to change to protect our children and  women.

 

Greyson was already SHOT & KILLED when the judge denied the request to pick him up as the judge didn’t think he was in danger.

That judge was Michael Kaplan

 

MICHAEL KAPLAN is a judge with the SEVENTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT COURT in BROWARD COUNTY.

 

They tried to have him removed 8 years ago.

If they had succeeded, Greyson very well might be alive today.

 

The judge that denied the domestic violence injunction is SUSAN ALSPECTOR.

 

The family court judge was DALE COHEN.

 

Again, the one that denied the emergency pick up order was MICHAEL KAPLAN. He didn’t think Greyson was in danger, when in fact he was already dead.

 

We must help this mother fight.

We must get justice for Greyson.

We must change the laws.

We must protect all those who are vulnerable.

 

This child was failed by not one judge, not two judges…but three judges.

I’m not quite sure how they sleep at night.

I would resign and I would be suicidal if my decision caused a 4 year old his life.

 

THE SYSTEM IS BROKEN.

Let’s help this mother fix it ��
