The Yankees are a $5 billion corporation that benefits greatly from NYC. Yet, the Yankees pay no property taxes and rent a city-owned stadium for $1 a year. If they paid a market rate rent, the city would get $100 million. If they paid property taxes, it would another $100 million for city residents.

WE WANT THE YANKEES TO PAY THEIR FAIR SHARE OR THE CITY SHOULD CLOSE THE STADIUM.
