The Elmers Lodge flats have received an application from a developer to build 2 additional floors on top of the existing building,this will bring months if not years of congestion,pollution and disruption to the area not to mention the misery it will bring to the residents and the surrounding areas,if Bromley council approve this it will open the floodgates and your flats could be next,please help us stop this madness
