Princes Plain - proposed development of houses There has been posted a Speculative Proposal for a development of houses in the field behind Princes Plain. The initial thrust of this proposal is the building of a Music Centre, with outside concert facilities for the Bromley Youth Music Trust for free. There have been sufficient concerns shown by residents over this proposal to warrant bringing this scheme to a wider audience. The immediate reaction to the plan is that the scheme is unsustainable due to present vehicular traffic constraints.
