Brizo Restaurant at Marriott Residence Inn Marina del Rey: More Vegan Options Please!

Brizo Restaurant at Marriott Residence Inn Marina del Rey: More Vegan Options Please!
Brizo is a gorgeous, new restaurant overlooking the Marina. It's incredibly picturesque. There's only one issue. There are hardly any vegan options for those who are plant-based and seek to dine there. Numerous vegans have discussed what a shame this is, given we would like to spend our dining dollars at this lovely venue. The management is aware. They acknowledge that customers have requested more vegan options. While Brizo may be considered a seafood restaurant, one google search shows there are numerous plant-based "seafood" alternatives that mimic the taste and texture of fish and shellfish. See below. Brizo, please take this as a compliment. We want to be patrons. Meanwhile, LA County runs the Marina. So, the needs and wants of taxpaying citizens should be taken into consideration. Finally, with commercial overfishing contributing to climate change and ocean dead zones, plant-based options have a lower carbon footprint and do not damage the spectacular ocean that is at the very heart of what brings us to the Marina. More vegan options, please. Thank you for your consideration.
