Chris McIntyre gave BP the design for a device very similar to the one the company ultimately used to cap the Macondo Well after the Deepwater Horizon Disaster. Now BP claims that it came up with the same design a few days before Chris did, and the company is refusing to acknowledge Chris' contribution.
