BAILIFFS and DEBT COLLECTORS have become a big business in Britain, the type of business that came about because the country at large is in great debt.

Debt collectors have been around for more than two centuries, therefore, represent a very backward uncivilized way of collecting debts.

A major problem with this barbaric way of collecting debt is that it allows big companies to bully individuals to pay what is actually not a debt or what is a highly exaggerated bill or financial demand. This is in itself a crime.

The aggressive near thuggery ways Bailiffs and Debt Collectors employ have caused many tragedies over the years including the famous case of baby Alfie some ten years ago where an unborn baby was killed by a bailiff who forced his way into a door behind which the pregnant mother was standing.

This petition call on the British people and Parliament to STOP THAT BARBARIC WAY OF COLLECTING DEBTS, BAN BAILIFFS AND DEBT COLLECTORS and make DEBT COLLECTION THROUGH COURTS ONLY.

Only a parliament and Government of THUGS ALLOW THUG BAILIFFS AND DEBT COLLECTORS TO OPERATE PUBLICLY AND IN SUCH NUMBERS- as if the whole fucking country is in debt.
