This is a nationwide petition,as Specialist Leisure group were an integral part of British tourism for people that enjoyed coach holidays to UK and Europe,it served the UK for over a 117 years,giving pleasure to the over 50s and those that did not like flying holidays,their prices were unmatched in UK for value for UK holidays and European holidays,the demise of this company on the 22 may 2020 is devastating,surely the government should have saved it from this catastrophic demise,it contributed to UK economy and also European economy,in a time of this Pandemic when the British government is helping Airlines and cruise travel,surely they should have helped a company that catered for the pleasure of working class people to enjoy their leisure time.I therefore implore the Government to step in at this late time as the company has gone into Administration along with several other travel companies that came under their banner,such as national Holidays,not to mention all the hotels that the company owned and the thousands that have lost their jobs,this is a national disgrace that it has been allowed to happen,destroying the hopes and pleasure of so many people,please help,it would make this dull life so much better and give thousands of people hope if you could resurrect this company.
