Get dignified and appropriate toileting areas in public places for disabled people

Everyday my 5 year old severely autistic has to have his pad changed on dirty toilet floors or in public grassy areas no matter how cold the weather is or how many people are around. This is because even disabled toilets to not provide appropriate changing benches, hoists, safety straps for his size. And neither would they for children in the same boat who are bigger or for any other kinds of disabilities. He is too big for baby change tables (as he's not a baby). As would most children and adults with disabilities. His autism makes him terrified of hand dryers and yet he still must endure them to get to the toilet and within the toilets. He and other disabled persons should jo longer have to be changed in front of others, on dirty germ ridden floors, in harsh weather conditions or in the backs of cars. It's 2019 and it's time for dramatic change and our attitude towards all disability!
