Please Help us end this Injustice #FREESGO6

Many of you will now be aware that on Monday 11th of January we received the news that not one single person involved in this case could have predicted or even imaged. All 35 men on board the Seaman Guard Ohio were found Guilty. All 35 men were given the same sentence, all 35 were found guilty of the same crime and all 35 men are now back in the most horrific conditions inside Puzhal Prison, Chennai India. On Wednesday 13th of January the families met to discuss our next steps. Unless the British Government step in and end this injustice, We will need to fund a legal team ourselves. Along with the Mission to Seafarers a charity who have support our men and their families from the day they were arrested We have set up a JustGiving Page and ask you, if you can, to donate and help us end this nightmare, return the men home and prove their innocence again....this time once and for all. To imagine how they are feeling and what they are going through is devastating to us all. 23 men to a cell, No phone calls to family or friends, one visit every 3 months from the British Consulate, prison uniforms, concrete Beds and their freedom taken away from them. We understand the British Government were shocked by the decision and never expected it. None of us expected 35 innocent men to go to face incarceration. The have tried to Lobby but it hasn't work. More needs to be done and it needs to be done now. We will fight for their freedom until the day they return home to British Soil.
