End unfair classification of dangerous dogs.
The Issue
Under the Dangerous Dogs Act of 1991 four breeds of dogs were classified as dangerous and so were banned, and dogs indentified as being sufficiently closely related to those four dogs can be 'destroyed' even if they aren't a danger to the public. We want to get rid of this rushed and unfair part of the legislation as the behaviour of any dog can mostly be due to the way is it brought up, rather than solely due to its genetics.
