Petition text updated

Hello everyone.

I recognized that my initial petition text was a little weak and didn't explain very well, what it IS that we are actually attempting to achieve with this petition.

Such so, I have attended to it as best I can for now (without confusing myself) and am happier that it reads a little clearer.
