Dear Supporter We have passed what was our next target of 50,000 signatures over night. Thank you so much for signing my petition. Our petition has received national news coverage this week; https://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/entry/the-swedish-students-protest-was-brave-and-remarkable_uk_5b5993b3e4b08c2f0a5e0fea British Airways is, facing more pressure from LGBT communities & campaigners as the airline is one of the sponsors of the forthcoming Brighton Pride. The Information Commissioners Office has written to me this week advising that they will be escalating my complaints to the second stage as the Home Office are refusing to answer my 2 Freedom of Information requests regarding deportations of people, including those that are Windrush related. You can read more via the updates on my sister petition here; https://www.change.org/p/theresa-may-mp-stop-all-charter-flight-mass-deportations-to-jamaica-other-commonwealth-countries To support our campaign please send messages to British Airways on their social media platforms such as facebook, twitter & instagram, letting them know you have signed this petition & asking them to stop allowing deportations to happen on their flights. Thanks once more for your support. Regards Zita Zita Holbourne National Chair; BARAC UK
